Member of procurement team successfully requesting quotes and converting purchase orders on special orders and Genentech parts from approved vendors and manufacturers. Performed daily reports to track aging purchase requisitions, past due purchase orders, and quality hold items into dashboards for reconciliation in order to prevent delays in the receiving of parts and the completion of work orders.

Proposed and developed a sustainable solution for training purposes and knowledge transfer to ensure master data is captured properly with the appropriate evidence of back-up documentation. Improved and assessed processes of inputting and updating master data used for equipment and system maintenance reliability.

Social Media Project to build awareness of IWITTS's programs by more widely publicizing its positive client feedback across the education industry- Coordinated and published training participant testimonials on LinkedIn- Reached out to 100+ educators, past training participants, and others- Created and maintained weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly dashboards and pivot tables to track social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Survey Monkey, etc

Supported the day-to-day operations of a nationally-recognized organization that is helping U.S. schools and colleges increase the number of women and girls in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) programs- Multimedia: Input emails in marketing automation software (Active Campaign)- Admin: Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system- Online Marketing: Research and create social media profiles on sales prospects and send weekly newsletters using HTML, and help manage company contact lists, data mining, social media posts

Teacher Assistant for Global Biotechnology and Advanced Biotechnology at ATDP for motivated young scholars in the Bay Area. Set up labs for students including: gel electrophoresis, PCR, microarrays, ELISA, DNA extraction, and more; as well as supported the teacher in grading, answering questions, and holding office hours.
