I am responsible for updating social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram, along with doing client follow-up emails. I also work on marketing projects via social media promotions, social media outreach, and giveaways so we can reach a larger target audience. I work on updating Constant Contact to ensure our client database is up-to-date. My main responsibilities are attending trade shows - NACA, APCA, and coordinating everything that happens before, during, and follow-up for after the trade shows. This includes purchasing booths, hotel rooms, and coordinating with the attractions schedule to ensure there is no overlap in attractions elsewhere. I work with specific clients to see if there is anything I can do to assist with their upcoming programming and will send ideas over to them, if requested.

I am responsible for overseeing the Operations & Intake department of the Community Supports department and two staff members. I oversee the Career Planning and Employment referrals and intake, Contracted Case Management calls, and Community Living openings, pre-intake meetings, intake meetings, and the intake process for current openings. I also ensure all Community Living openings are posted on the website and external websites.

I am responsible for doing reviewing documents for individuals that are interested in our housing - group home, supportive living apartments, independent living apartments. I am responsible for coordinating scheduling pre-intake and health needs meetings with the nurse manager and program coordinator. I also work with our Career Planning and Employment team on inputting their intakes in Therap. I am also responsible for walking through the CPE individuals through the various funding sources to ensure they obtain the appropriate funding.

I am working on our Clinical Administration Support team helping Case Managers schedule their clients in-clinic or via telemedicine; I work with our ABA coordinators to assist with enrollment in our intensive full-time program, group program, and family skills program. I work with outside clinics, such as Allina or Healthpartners, to get doctor orders signed so outpatient clients can access pediatric services - occupational, speech, feeding, or physical therapy. I assist with requesting interpreters for therapy sessions, if needed. I am part of the Innovation Team where I work with people with various departments on how to better change processes, think and implement pilot programs that could benefit our clients, along with having brainstorming and coaching sessions on how to think outside of the box so Fraser can be the best version of themselves in this ever changing world.
