At Mazzetti, my primary mission is to ensure that my region’s engineers are successful, visible, and connected with opportunities that will grow our business. In addition to my job duties, I constantly strive to contribute to an incredible work culture through developing personal connections and telling many bad jokes. Here’s a more specific look at how I contribute to the marketing and business development team at Mazzetti: • Leads the pursuit process for the NW/RM region and national pursuits from lead generation through proposal development and interview preparation. Pursuits managed have ranged from $100K to $1.3B. • Pursues new work for the NW/RM region in critical environments such as: healthcare, science and technology, data centers, and higher education. Continuously searching for clients with similar values and a need for engineering consultation. • Creates marketing content that illustrates Mazzetti’s incredible accomplishments and expertise in a meaningful way that connects with our clients and industry partners. • Executes client debriefs to ensure that our engineers are constantly evolving and providing exceptional experiences for our clients. • Develops regional budgets and business plans to maintain a strong focus and intention throughout the year.

Served as the Marketing Specialist for the Portland -Metro region of OBEC. Responsible for winning new contracts and performing client relations services for nine project managers in the firm. Managed the firm’s image and brand through marketing print ads, press releases, and social media. Maintained a strong CRM database through Deltek’s Vision software. Provided project management for award submittals, RFP/RFQ proposals, and events. Also supported the President with internal company messaging through his "Friday Wrap Up" emails - which aimed at providing updates on business initiatives to increase employee engagement.
