In my elevated role, I persist in guiding a substantial cohort of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Section 504 Plans, leveraging LVA's expertise in supporting children with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and diverse learning challenges. Additionally, I spearheaded the introduction and instruction of a comprehensive health curriculum spanning grades 6 through 8, augmenting the school's academic offerings.

As a 5th Grade educator at LVA, I skillfully managed a considerable cohort of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Section 504 Plans. I assumed a leadership role overseeing a school-wide center, demonstrating proficiency in areas encompassing billing, procedural compliance, staff scheduling, legal documentation enforcement, and CPR certification. I conducted employee interviews and exhibited familiarity with licensing regulations integral to maintaining a high-caliber daycare. Additionally, I boast extensive experience spearheading the design and execution of the summer program, featuring diverse activities, excursions, themed events, and coordinating the Vacation Bible School during the summer term.Within this capacity, I engaged with students aged 4-14, providing comprehensive academic support across various subjects, while prioritizing the establishment of a nurturing, secure, consistent, and engaging atmosphere conducive to their holistic growth. My efforts yielded notable success as evidenced by the significant advancement of the program's reputation and an impressive over twofold increase in program registration and participation during my time here.

During my time at Kumon Learning Centers, I provided educational guidance to a diverse range of students spanning ages 3 to 15, fostering their academic development and growth.

I was engaged on two occasions by LVJUSD to fulfill temporary roles as a summer school teacher and student aide, contributing to the effective facilitation of educational programs during the summer sessions.
