Managed Services Practice Lead
Current-Work with the Director of Managed Services to strategize, build and lead Managed Services practice -Manage a team of Managed Services Consultants. Serve as the first level of coaching. Identify and resolve client/project issues across the team.-Proactively identify areas of need to strategize and build enhancements to Managed Services delivery.-Participate in pre-sales activities, in alignment with Sales and in partnership with Director.-Develop and maintain technical expertise in Nonprofit, Higher Ed, Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.-Oversee and manage the resolution of critical issues, ensuring prompt and complete resolution of technical challenges and business issues.-Resolve client service issues and skillfully manage complex client service problems.-Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas and utilize that expertise effectively to help clients.-Oversee and manage the resolution of critical issues, ensuring prompt and complete resolution of technical challenges and business issues.-Complete routine maintenance for client portfolioMeet established Service Level Agreements by performing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
