•Develop and execute creative visual displays and floor sets in multiple retail locations throughout the park and Cedar Point resorts while maintaining various store themes and overall brand direction, in order to maximize sales•Lead a team in the development and execution of the floor plan, visual displays, and merchandise assortments for the opening of the Cedar Point Shores retail locations for the 2019 season•Work closely with buyers and retail managers to ensure effective product flow and retail operations to reach sales goals•Work directly with warehouse and data teams to run sales reports and analyze sales patterns between past and present

•Assist customers in creating projects, requiring project design development & specifications •Merchandise product to selling floor to promote brand and vendor relationship•Assist in the design and arrangement of merchandise displays adhering to corporate planograms and floor sets
