Kaitlyn is passionate advocate for enhancing the health system to prevent, prepare, respond, and recovery from disasters and is recognized for her disaster expertise as a researcher and consultant. Kaitlyn is the founder and CEO of Disaster Pharmacy Solutions, which aims to better prepare the pharmacy workforce to plan, respond, and recover from disasters. Kaitlyn is a mixed methods researcher focuses on implementation science, primary care, public health, pharmacy practice, and disaster management. Kaitlyn has collaborated with researchers across the world and is currently residing in Edmonton, Canada for a postdoctoral research fellowship. Kaitlyn has extensive experience in teaching pharmacy practice, disaster management, and research. She is recognized as a HEA Fellow and has taught in the university sector (including undergraduates and postgraduates) for over 6 years. Kaitlyn is a strong leader, communicator, and advocate primary care and pharmacy practice.
