My word is my bond-In my school age my parents taught me how important the words are to interact with each other. Now it has become my lifelong tag line. -MY WORD IS MY BOUND-Completing my school education I joined National College of Education as a Prospective Teacher and trained there. Getting the appointment as a government teacher of ICT. I was assigned my duties to serve in a rural school in srilanka. Within 3 years this particular school turned into an iconic digital school in Sri Lanka. Being called that concept as e-village, I was awarded as one of the innovative teachers in the country. My lifelong passion was valued on that day. Soon after being an icon, I was invited by many schools to share my best practices. In year 2012, The president secretariat invited me to join " Child friendly schools (CFS) monitoring unit" as a deputy coordinator. This was an administrative post to monitor the implementation process of CFS while promoting it in digital platforms. I developed this concept as an on line monitoring system to be implemented. It was the first online data platform on CFS. The project was collaboratively implemented with UNICEF. In year 2015, I joined to the National college of Education Peradeniya as an ICT lecturer. It’s a teacher Training College and there, traditional class rooms were converted into cloud classroom concept . All of the other NCOEs started to follow that thereafter.In year 2019, I joined to the irrigation development project funded by ADB as a Communication Specialist. I have been Responsible for develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation with my team members. As the head of the division, it has given me a lot of experience in managing a wide range of administrative and subject related areas. Such as drive the team to the target on time, conflict management and practice Creative communication strategies to overcome challengers. Having opportunity to scale-up the skill of strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines.I am specialized on following technical areas such as Web designing & hosting , digital marketing, video documentary production & graphic designing.If you are seeking an energetic, outstanding design thinker and an innovative multi task personality I’m ready with satisfaction to serve you.
