Assists with asset protection software licensing compliance-Apply networking and security knowledge to assist in troubleshooting of the network problems from the jack to the patch panels in both LAN/WAN, VPN, and VoIP environments-Solid understanding of LAN design, network protocols, client configuration, IP addressing, and remote connectivity-Implement and install VoIP systems, voice messaging system and deploy new phones and voice mail extensions-Accurately record, update and document requests using IT service desk system and following through to completion-Understand the call tracking system at a level capable of monitoring workflow, ensuring correct usage, and generate reports-Assist in identifying and documenting process/procedure changes and/or entering technical solutions in the internal knowledge base
