Administrative-Assist in the compilation of administrative support information pertaining to needs, cost trends of payroll, travel, supplies, training, and human resources materials-Perform analyses of organizational elements including functions such as overtime cost, logistical support, office and field space, telecommunications requirements, word processing systems, duplicating equipment, and work distribution-Review memorandums, policies, cost center requests, and other documents for accuracy and completeness -Create, manage, and maintain executive level calendars -Manage property by serving as the Receiving Officer/Property Clerk -Fleet Manager -Provide guidance to the Region on policy and procedures -Handle multiple projects at once and prioritize to meet strict deadlines Budget/Finance-Evaluate budgetary and fiscal data for consistency with previous estimates and current levels of program operations -Monitor, track, and verify obligations and expenditures within the budget execution phase-Report variations in excess of accepted funding limitations -Create budget projects, input data, and track projects for accuracy and completeness -Perform fiscal year closeout for the Midwest Regional Director’s Office (track pending expenses, perform accruals, and make adjustments to ensure our office is under the carryover limit)-Review program data, workload reports, and staffing requests to verify organization program and financial informationHuman Resources -Process non-monetary awards -Time and Attendance Keeper in QuickTime -Maintain human resource waiver database -Assist in developing recruitment materials and coordinating interviews -Workforce Planning team member Leadership/Liaison Roles-Executive Assistant as needed -Administrative Specialist -Midwest Regional Continuity of Operations Coordinator -Conference Administrator for the Midwest Region -Budget Technician-Program Analyst
