In my current preconstruction role, I'm responsible for the entire preconstruction bid process, from receiving bid documents to our submitting of proposal to client/developer/owner. Subcontractor selection, invitation to bid (ITB), construction scope identification, and proposal writing are all under my umbrella. Certified in BIM processes, I'm actively working on employing modeling features as preconstruction value adds for clients and developers.In 2012, I received BS bachelor's degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University, which provides insight into various societal and environmental impacts on (and caused by) the construction market. We are constantly working in conjunction with our field team, internal preconstruction team, and our trusted trade partners to ensure the best pricing, quality, and construction schedule for our clients.
