Educating others about the unique needs of underrepresented students, as well as the systems of oppression hindering their academic and professional success is my passion.For the past 10 years of my career, I have been an educator focused on racial equality and educational access in a variety of roles -- as a nonprofit program coordinator, as an educational access advocate, as a community educator, as a workshop facilitator & trainer, and as a consultant. My personal experiences with racism, sexism, heterosexism, and other systems of oppression refine my years of research and professional experience. I strive to go above and beyond, always asking: “What’s next?” and “What do we need?”
