I am a Kelly student with a major in marketing. This major requires me to stay disciplined in my work and be creative. I found my passion for this field when I went to DECA state and fell in love with the world of business. I also learned my work ethic and how to stay disciplined when I played football for 6 years. As a leader I had to be able to problem solve and be creative. I am a strong independent thinker but work very well in a group as well as being a leader. As I worked with a group for a project in DECA, I had teammates that one didn’t get along with and never knew what to do. So, I problem solved and told them we will meet once a week with no arguments and I gave them task that followed their strengths, and we ended up doing really well. Here at IU Bloomington I am in a social media marketing club and we have worked with a global company called Holsey to give them a solid marketing strategy for there social media because they have little to zero social media precents. Over all I want success in all aspects of life and am constantly looking for opportunities to further my advancement.
