In this position I was able to get to know and help over 60 individuals with daily living tasks.

I worked fireman shifts as a staff in group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Assisting individuals with Aids to Daily Living (ADL). The company has since changed names, it is now called Abilicare.

I worked as a sales associate in the lumber department. I was trained and licensed on a counterbalance forklift and also helped in delivery and receiving when requested to do so.

The first year of employment I was a laborer, mowing and edging lawns. The second year I was charged with advertising and had a crew working under me to distribute flyers. The third year I kept my previous duties but also had a business phone and preformed estimates for new clients. The final year I did all this, and was a team lead with a crew of laborers working for me.

This was my first job. I worked as a bagger for about 6 months before being promoted to the bakery.
