In my current job, I have gained experience in managing the ins and outs of communication with people and the day-to-day operations of a business. This has allowed me to hone my soft skills and has given me the ability to work effectively with any individual on a wide array of topics. My education in business management and marketing from Western Technical College has aided in my understanding of the nuances of business and marketing and how they work towards achieving the desired goal of both. I have worked in customer service and operations management for more than 7 years in both a retail and restaurant environment where I have been in charge of vendor relationships, inventory management, and customer service management and ensuring customer satisfaction. I will be graduating in December of 2023 with an associates in Business Management and a Marketing Certificate.
