-Lead both the high school and junior high school ministry by casting vision and creating culture.-Recruited, developed and trained a volunteer leadership team of 10 adults.-Planned and ran over 12 summer/winter camps for 80 students. Studied and taught 500+ sermons. -Initiated a full re-branding process that grew the youth group from 4 students to 50 in one year. -Assisted in daily operations for church (counseling, events, administration).

-Managed over 500 customer accounts using Salesforce and Oracle.-Set up over 200 sales meetings for my account executive.-Generated $200K in GP over the course of one year.-Built quotes and walked a customer to the buying process.-Trained 15+ new employees on strategies and best practices for network sales during their on-boarding.
