Responsible for overseeing all implementations and programming projects as well as developed new training processes, procedures, and training materials. Performed data conversions from school’s database(s) into Diamond SIS.As one of Diamond’s “school experts”, I was very involved with planning and programming of new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes in the Diamond SIS software. This included new programming for compliance reporting for both state and federal accrediting bodies and other regulatory bodies including USDOE (Gainful Employment, FISAP), COE, ACCSC, ACICS, TWC, etc.

Supported the President and CEO by managing and directing day-to-day operations. Served as Project Manager for many of the software implementations including DiamondSIS and Thinkwave (LMS).My team was responsible for keeping the show running by performing complete facility and equipment maintenance, event planning, keeping inventory of equipment, supplies and textbooks, scheduling rental space and billing, website maintenance, as well as serving as IT and general support to other staff, faculty, and students.While serving in the role, the main database system (R:BASE) used to track incoming leads crashed. After extensive research, I was able to teach myself how to write code to rebuild the database. This event led to a new-found passion in database management and programming.
