Assigned as Event Safety Advisor at Expo city for COP28 Event. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of Health & Safety plan for Event Build Up, Live & Demobilization.

The project is the largest concentrated solar panels (CSP) in the world with capacity of 950MW.100MW Central Tower, 600MW (PT) Parabolic Troughs CSP Plant and 250MW (PV) Photovoltaic.

• Implement and ensure compliance to safety standards and other safety related rules and regulations. Develop & carry out safety training and awareness programs. • Investigate & report accidents, near misses and recommend corrective actions & participate in root cause investigation.• Maintaining a ready supply of PPE & enforce strict compliance to PPE program. • Conduct HSE meetings and special training programs. • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly equipment inspections like welding machines, mobile equipment, tools, fire extinguishers, slings, shackles etc. • Non routine lifting ACTIVITES • Confined Space & Rescue Plan • Heavy Machinery Movement Plan • Traffic Planning for, concrete pouring 5600 m3 Concrete • Ensuring with Project/Site Management and supervision that all operations and activities are effectively • Executed in compliance with company, site and project HSE regulations and relevant legal and other requirements.• To work effectively with project/Site execution team in establishing and implementing effective HSE • Management System, Risk Assessment and HSE planning at site.
