Preparing the TOR’s for conducting SIL Study on NH3.- Preparing and implementing the procedures for engineering and maintenance on field instruments and control systems including proof testing of SIS.- Leading the team for proof testing of SIS in every Turnaround- Preparing the trainers for hands-on training on Maintenance and Engineering on DCS, ESD, Bentley Nevada, Woodward, MMS and Turbolog PLC.- Planning & Execution of Turnarounds (06 so far) and supporting Operations during Plant startups- Executing the projects of retrofit and Upgradation of obsolete control system to latest one- Design and Implementation of Advance Process Control System (APCS) on Ammonia Plant.- Awareness and experience on SIL, FMEA, RCA, Process Safety Management (DuPont) and Reliability Engineering
