Strategized a recruitment plan resulting in 60+ additional members in the organization- Reinvented the participation points system which increased non-mandatory event participation by 10%- Coordinated with the Kappa Delta Housing Corporation to achieve 100% occupancy in the sorority house for the first time since 2019 - Led over 25 sorority-wide meetings informing the general body of current events, future events, and council members’ decisions- Processed over 75+ forms concerning new members, member resignations, and third-party vendors

The Vice President of Events and Programming is in charge of all Philanthropic efforts and Social events. During my term, I organized and held a variety of events that ultimately raised over $5,000 for our local philanthropy over the course of 1 year. Through acting as the lead when planning social events I was able to gain experience in budgeting, risk management, and event planning.

Kappa Deltas chapter representative when attending Bi-weekly Panhellenic meetings. Responsibilities included reporting Panhellenic news and events to my chapter, acting as a voting representative, and collaborating with other governing council members.

Working with Swim Club Management allowed me to grow as an employee from a general lifeguard to a facility manager. Here, I was responsible for leading a team of 5 lifeguards, creating the facility Emergency Action Plan, and ensuring facility operations were safe and followed Mecklenburg County Health Departments Health and Safety standards.
