My duties applied to all in-house agents and managers, as well as all downline agents and managers (150+ agents). I was responsible for ensuring that all agents were fully licensed, contracted and appointed with the appropriate carriers and states so that they could sell Medicare Plans without any lapses or errors.Anticipated and initiated fulfilling everyones needs, ensured all agents were licensed and held the correct LOA in essential states, completed and submitted necessary forms for all agents to be contracted and appointed with different insurance providers, renewed/reinstated state licensing for all agents, requested state appointments for all agents, created and maintained accurately detailed spreadsheets for all in-house and downline agent tracking, managed all Medicare Supplement business - SureLc uploads, contracting, releases, appointments, etc., held constant contact with our FMO to ensure all submissions were being processed and that all agents updates were being communicated throughout each day, created Google Sheets and Forms to expedite certain processes, scheduled and completed trainings/touch-base Zoom calls with all downlines.
