The operations manager is responsible for the over site, coordination, and management of all departments and projects, with the responsibility of safety, HR, administration, project management, logistics, budget analysis, and strategic planning.

As the Vice President of Willow Tree Family, Inc. I directly oversee the management of 230+ rental properties, and assist in the operations management. The corporation also owns Willow Tree Studios, a full service dance studio in Twentynine Palms. This position is dynamic as it is a combination of service based work and business management. The company, as a start up, has grown immensely since first being opened in July of 2008. The clientele base has increased by over 50%, and the business itself has become a well known entity throughout the Morongo Basin. The corporation, founded in April of 2012, has provided a platform for big business principles inside of a small city. This has allowed us to increase the services rendered, refine processes, and upgrade infrastructure. We are a fully in house organization, with the exception of yearly taxes and financial audits, which is done by an outside organization. We support our local community through youth program development and donations, while sponsoring and participating in community events.

The 29 Palms Chamber of Commerce is designed to advocate for local businesses and support the commuinity. As the President, I try to bring new and creative ideas to the city, with the intent of creating greater exposure and cooperation for local businesses. As the Vice President and later the President, I have worked towards building a stronger Chamber that reflects round business practices. Over the past two years, I have designed a strategic plan and vision statement, brought our accounting process in house, refined the HR policy to include the adoption of a new employee handbook, and created the skeleton of the business plan that the current board is working on. We as an organization, performed a self audit, and updated policies and procedures to ensure that we were in full compliance with State and Federal guidelines. I was also able to enhance our organization banking process, invest money into an interest bearing account, and fine the daily operations cycle to increase staff efficiencies. The Chamber is constantly improving and moving forwarding working on marketing strategies, budget refinement, and services rendered to better represent our membership.
