LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell helps organizations develop healthy work environments and improve wellbeing.I was responsible for the end-to-end management of digital growth marketing campaigns, from collaboration and ideation to execution and optimization across various channels. Primary responsibilities included demand-gen email and ABM campaigns, website maintenance and campaign landing page builds, SMS, content calendar management, copywriting and vendor management.I partnered with internal and external teams and individuals to promote LifeWorks and other lines of business at Morneau Shepell, including a national Student Support Services program and Workplace Training programs for mental health.

Xaxis, as the programmatic arm of GroupM, helps global brands achieve desired outcomes from their digital media investments. I strategized, implemented and managed complex programmatic campaigns across many verticals and DSPs (primarily The Trade Desk, AppNexus & DV360), ensuring campaigns were expertly executed, optimized towards agreed upon KPIs, met spend goals, and were billed accurately each month.

Healthgrades is the top platform for helping consumers research healthcare providers so they can make informed decisions for their well being. Oversaw the campaign management and campaign trafficking functions associated with launching, delivering, and analyzing successful digital advertising campaigns across display, sponsorship and programmatic programs for major pharmaceutical brands. I trained, led and managed a team of campaign managers, while working closely with senior leadership to continually inspect and improve quality of work, processes and compliance with service level agreements. In this role, I also managed and optimized high-profile campaigns and was recognized the second year running for the company's top year-over-year growth for flawless management of accounts.

Managed complex digital advertising campaigns for Healthgrades.com and its umbrella of health-related sites, which included pre-sales opportunity strategy and creation (Request for Proposals/Media Planning), as well as managing post-sales functions (IO approval, technical setup, campaign QA, launch and management, optimization strategies, reporting, internal communications, technical troubleshooting and billing). Utilized a myriad of ad servers, DSPs and reporting platforms to run campaigns and develop unique reports, billing and optimizations for each client (DFP, DSM, Operative.One, One by AOL, Centro, MOAT, Integral, DoubleVerify, Flashtalking, Teads, Sizmek, Google Analytics, etc.).

Responsible for the management of integrated advertising accounts for tourism industry clients, which included all internal and client communication, implementation, optimization, QA and technical troubleshooting. Integrated marketing efforts included print collateral (magazines, travel guides, maps), digital display advertising, retargeting, e-newsletters and SEM. I ensured the accuracy and quality of advertising and data content within all print and digital products while providing a strong foundation of customer service and technical support for all clients, advertisers and industry partners.

Managed the production of multiple print and digital projects for major destination clients, which included website builds, e-newsletter production, travel guide production and more.Communicated daily with clients and a large production team including artists, editors, developers and account directors in order to meet and communicate client expectations and project deadlines while managing project budgets, scopes, billing and schedules.
