As part of this role, the key responsibilities are Driving End-to-End Security Solutioning, Client interactions and discussions, Threat Management Proposal Responses, Project Transitioning, Resource Identification and Project Discussions & Presentations etc. Supported and Managed Clients from all sectors like Healthcare Sector, Energy Sector, Mining Sector, Manufacturing Sector, Banking Sector and BPS Environments with strong communication skills and business acumen. In addition, and being a part of Practice, responsible for handling Security Service Delivery / Operations Responsibilities, Project Management, Escalation Management etc. for few critical accounts. In addition, having Sound Knowledge of Security functions, Information Security Audit, Control Implementations, Business Continuity Management, demonstrated abilities in developing Information Security framework, conceptualizing Information Security Policies and ensuring compliance with security and Standards.

Implemented Websense Remote Filtering and TRITON DLP across Enterprise.-- Ticket management through HP Openview & Elixir (IBM Internal Ticketing Tool) and responsible for providing approvals for multiple change request processes. Any infrastructure change in the facilities managed must undergo with the Security review.-- Responsible for proposing and implementing SOC for Security Products. Scope includes L1 Team management.
