■ Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels■ Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company■ Identifies and researches potential new suppliers■ Researches new products and services to meet company's goals■ Assesses total costs of company purchases■ Directing purchasing agents and buyers throughout the process of evaluating suppliers, conducting interviews with vendors, negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts. ■ Constantly monitoring what the company purchases, delivers and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands. ■ Liaises with key company stakeholder to determine their product and service needs■ Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times■ Reports to the Managing Director

■ Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments■ Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards■ Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

■ Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies■ Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships■ Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

■ Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision■ Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations■ Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
