I am the Head of CQURE’s ‘invisible team’ currently managing the crowd of over 20 Experts. With over 10 years’ experience in cooperation with IT professionals, I am responsible for strategic planning in cooperation with CEO of CQURE – Paula Januszkiewicz. My areas of engagement:- Organizing and supervising of penetration tests, security audits, cybersecurity consulting projects;- Supervising the tasks of training team;- Taking care of CQURE’s major Clients;- Liaising with CxOs in order to take care of and lead the largest projects;- Supervising all the planning, scheduling and contacts;- Co-creating CQURE’s development strategy.I have a long history with best IT university in Poland. For over 8 years I was a lecturer of Business and IT English at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Being in the circle of IT Specialist for many years, tricks of the trade are not new to me. Previously I also led several IT projects starting from implementations, to Machine Learning algorithms and Natural Language Processing solutions for the biggest Central and East Europe Media Groups.My great intuition and security feeling let me perfectly find and match the right Experts to even the most complex undertakings, what has a direct reflection in hundreds of more than satisfied Customers. My motto is: “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing!” and this is how I treats my work – with great passion!In private, I love adventures – backpacking, exploring exotic places, night mountain climbing, snorkeling with sharks – nothing scares me, as the adventure starts at the end of your comfort zone.
