Passionate about soft skills education with a decade of experience in speech training and consulting, I bring valuable insights to every coaching session. Recognized as a Youth Ambassador of Malaysia by the United States State Department for my communication and speech prowess, I also earned the Outstanding Individual Contribution Award from the Malaysian Universities Debating Council. In my early coaching career, I focused on imparting speaking and communication skills to over 1,000 students in 30+ schools and universities across Malaysia. Transitioning to the corporate sector, I contributed significantly as part of an environmental consulting firm. In this role, I crafted impactful messaging, built strong rapport with stakeholders, and effectively lobbied for environmental agendas especially in stakeholder engagement for the River of Life Project in Kuala Lumpur.My expertise extends to providing valuable advice to diverse clients, including Starbucks, International Kuala Lumpur Eco-Film Festival, Alliance Bank, HSBC Bank, and others. This experience has solidified my proficiency in creating persuasive and effective communication strategies, managing stakeholders across government bodies, ministries, private entities, civil societies, and non-profit organizations.
