This is equivalent of an Addition of Approx. 6000 Yarn Ends in Various Plants Across INDIA and INDONESIA. Modification of Draw Winders has also been done on no. of machines and the Production Capacities Doubled by increasing no. of Ends / Winder from 156 to 312.We also Manufacture - SPINNING PACK BODIES for Polyester Plants and- Polyester Winders GUIDE PLATES ( Slide Rails ) for Traverse Guide Movement- Auto Yarn Change over assemblies which includes designing, laser cutting, CNC bending and surface treatment.- Spin Finish Applicator System with full flexibility of Yarn Path adjustment- Traverse Cam Shafts lengths ranging from 300 mm to 1800 mm and no. of ends ranging from 1 end to 16 ends for all types of winders, Barmag, TMT, Murata, Jewel, BWA, and others- Birotor System for Barmag and TMT Winders including Birotor Vane guides, - Continuous Polyester Chips Dryer of Capacity ranging from 10 kgs/Hr ( For LAB/PILOT Plants) to Large scale plants of capacity upto 500 kgs/hr.- Master Batch chips dryers ( Continuous ), capacity ranging from 10 kgs/her to 50 kgs / hr
