Night Auditor / Assistant Manager
Provide a First-Rate Guest experience.Providing information to Guests about Hotel policies, services and amenities.Selling and up selling rooms to new or exiting bookings.Partner with reservations and accounts department to ensure knowledge of key accounts and groups, along with tracking of company information.Posting and processing charges to guest accounts.Closing, balancing and making necessary corrections to guests accounts.Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.Investigating and analysing out-of-balance situations and making adjustments or corrections as needed. Auditing of all terminal transactions of the day and cashier count. Completing various computer audit reports and doing the end of day roll over.Performing all the duties as outlined in the Night Audit check list.Adhere to all fire and emergency procedures, including procedures for handling of the fire panel, ensuring the guest safety and participate in an evacuation if necessary. Ensure the staffs are well groomed and perform the allocated tasks during the shift.Make sure the staffs report to me for any situation considered to be serious and needs immediate attention and decision making. Maintaining a good communication between different departments to run the operations smoothly.Signing off for staff time sheet on the shift.
