Responsibilities Handled 1. To check and clear all the payment advices of various department raised through SAP 2 .To Pre-Audit the ILCs and its terms and conditions before opening with the Bank 3 .To Pre-Audit the banks acceptance before payment. 4 .Pre-Auditing the salary before release. 5 .To check the bills of all the contractors as per the contracts or agreements. 6 .To Pre-Audit all the expenses bills submitted to Internal Audit. 7 .To check various records whether maintained as per the standard procedure. 8 .To check the Material Reciept Notes and its accounting vouchers. 9 .To periodically check the records and physical verification of Stores inventory.10 .To Audit purchase orders relating to Raw material, Fuel, Packing material, Engg. Spares and Capital goods etc. 11. To check accounting vouchers-cash, Jv's etc.
