I head the Seller Experience (SX) product team at JioMart, where my responsibilities include developing new products, tools, and programs aimed at enhancing end-to-end selling experience for retail and third-party sellers on JioMart. I joined as part of the founding team and successfully set up an 18-member SX product & program team consisting of 14 Product and 4 Program Managers, in under 10 months. I spearheaded the development of a dedicated self-serve seller portal covering critical seller-facing experience enablers, such as seller onboarding, cataloguing, pricing, inventory & order management, seller fees, settlement & reporting, and comprehensive support to sellers throughout their lifecycle.

Managed product charter for the entire pre-sales funnel (from search to booking confirmation) for domestic flights business aimed at driving conversions across all platforms, along with revenue growth through ancillary sales/ travel add-ons

Product lead responsible for development and delivery of a suite of products/roadmap aimed at improving Customer experience for multiple areas across Amazon India and US. Led and drove complex solutions across a portfolio of products ranging from product discovery/ search to detail page, checkout, Customer service and transportation systems. Owned product definition, business/ P&L impact, alignment across multiple business and tech teams and drove execution through a dedicated design & engineering team.
