As a Team Captain at Dave & Buster's, I lead and motivate a team of 12 associates to provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. I also assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating new hires, as well as resolving any issues or complaints from guests or staff.I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Bowie State University, where I have maintained a 3.0 GPA and received multiple academic awards and scholarships. I have a strong interest in technology and a passion for learning, and I am proficient in various programming languages, including C++, Java, and Python.
