Since graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I gained many years of experience in client service consulting, technology sales & support, and data entry. I provided services in these industries for over 10 years. Later, I transferred my skills into the legal profession at CR Legal Team. At CR Legal Team I started out gathering intakes from potential clients, utilizing soft skills to communicate proficiently, collect potential case details and evidence, and empathize with clients during their times of need. This foundation helped me land a senior, and then a leadership role in the firm’s intake center. In addition to completing intakes, I work under the direction of many attorneys within the firm. I secure new leads by signed contracts, consult with colleagues on technological advances within our intake system, provide aid in the growth of our entry-level intake representatives. Over the last 5 years with the company, I became infatuated by the legal system and sought opportunities for growth. As of recent, I completed my paralegal technology program at Guilford Technical Community College. My end goal consists of transitioning into a remote paralegal position within a major corporation or larger firm.
