 Preparation of the Baseline schedule of the project in PRIMAVERA 6-Version 15.2 along with Cost & resource loading Prepare the submittal logs, manpower requirement & material procurement schedule. Tracking the Schedule & Cost of the project on weekly basis and conducting every week progress review meeting for highlighting the delays incurred, risk & critical issues of the project and advice the site team torecover the delays. Monitoring the manpower productivity on daily basis and advice the site team to full-fill the gaps Co-ordination with internal departments and clients. Attending all client/consultants & internal review & sub-contractor’s meetings on periodically basis. During critical/delay stages, construction tracking program will be revised either fast track/crashing methodto recover occurred delay to target timely completion of project. Preparing, Reviewing & submitting the Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to Client/Consultant & Internal HO. Preparing MIS report on monthly basis & Quarterly reports which contains Project information, ContractBonds, Organization chart, Scope of works, Monthly Progress Reports, Delay register, Risk & Critical issues, S-Curves, Man-days consumptions, 4WLA targets, RA bill status, Variation work status, Manpower Productivity, PMV status, Project quality report, Safety reports & Progress Photos. Preparing Extension of Time claims if any client/consultant related finalization items like Design NOCs, Provisional sum items, modifications in designs, unanticipated incidents etc.Experienced Senior Planning Engineer skilled in Primavera, Project Estimation, Construction, AutoCAD,Contract Management, and Engineering.
