Quality And Claims Administrator
Current- Own and manage the ISO quality manage system QMS).
- Manage claims: those filed against the company and those filed against 3PL partners.
- Review documentation and SOPs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations.
- Establish and oversee internal audit processes.
- Advise and assist the sales team regarding claims and service failures.
- Ensure all employees comply with their training and compliance requirements (TSA).
