TODAY, I am putting my 40+ years of industry experience back to work on the front line as the President of Wave Financial Partners, Inc. - a retail agency focused on serving Cannabis and Hemp businesses across the country. Through our robust use of technology and risk management tools, we educate CRBs to identify, and thus mitigate, risk. Our efforts often lead to lower insurance costs.For many years, I have worn numerous hats in the insurance industry, including CEO at NetVU (Network of Vertafore Users, Inc.) and providing management services for, and serving as the Executive Director of, the American Insurance Marketing and Sales (AIMS) Society. I have also served as a facilitator for several insurance industry professional designation programs (CIC, CISR, CPIA) in the areas of Leadership, Agency Management, Marketing and Sales skill development. As an independent consultant, I worked with clients to train, coach and mentor insurance agency employees to make them more productive and profitable. As an agent myself, I strive to help agency owners and managers improve their marketing, sales and service processes. One of my biggest joys in life is being a Mom to two amazing young men, two daughters-in-law, one grandson, and a "grand cat".
