AUGIE Group is a volunteer-led organization focused on improving the insurance agent and client experience using technology. It's open to all in the industry interested in supporting the discussion and implementation of technology to improve the efficiency of the independent agent and broker distribution channel. AUGIE members share ideas and focus on practical approaches to using technology. It brings together agents, brokers, carriers, MGA/Wholesalers, solution providers, association representatives and others. It is the only industry organization that is open to all industry organizations and individuals with no fees or specific requirements for membership.
For 2023, AUGIE Group identified several key initiatives to focus on which include: submission ID and tracking; two-way eDocs; agribusiness download; and, provisioning and credentialing.
