Manages Dell's US Consumer Recycling programs which includes our Mail-back program, Ink and Toner Recycling and Dell Reconnect. Dell Reconnect is a partnership with over 98 Goodwill partners to take-back used computer equipment of any brand and recycle it for free. To date the program has recycled over 1 billion pounds of electronics and is on track to recycle 2 billion pounds by the year 2020.

• Drives the integration of our CR stories into internal and external channels including newsletters, online, trainings, dashboards and other business units activities.• Responsible for the Dell corporate twitter handle @Dell4Good as well as develops, executes and measures social media campaigns for specific programs or events. • Plans and executes internal and external CR events. • Project manages a sales core team to drive the integration of the CR story into sales in order to meet strategic goals.
