Responsible for all sales and services activities for Egypt and Tunisia Sub-Business unit. Formulation of strategic visions and objective of the SUB BU. Implementation and execution of the strategies and business plan to achieve SUB BU commercial objectives. Responsible for the SUB BU P&L aiming to maximize sales and commercial profits.

Management and control of all the supply chain activities for North Africa including the inventory management of 2 warehouses in Egypt & Libya, transportation, stock replenishment and logistics. Procurement and contracting of all local services and supplies. Forecasting of customers demand planning to guarantee JIT deliveries to their operations.
