Started the Operations in different countries, prepared & executed the business development plans for different countries, opened offices in different countries, bagged many strategic projects, hired different level of technical resources, executed successfully and finished different high profile projects. Second year, we covered all the expenses incurred from day one as a result of opening different offices, purchase of equipment, hiring costs, and project execution etc.. and we closed the year with around 15% net profit.

Was in charge of the sales & marketing and supply chain management of different International Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical manufacturers. Successfully qualified these brands with the related end users. Increased Sales from $ 2 Millions to around $ 500 Millions in 5 years. Margins 8 folds of first year. Increased market shares for certain brands from almost zero to around 40%.
