As a Project Manager, I maintain service contracts across North Texas but will also continue to work with the LCU team, Rental Services and with other large projects. I am also the team leader for North Texas Trane's new Client Services Team. Our team is dedicated to maintenance contract management, tech leads for customer quotes and is the primary contact for some of our larger customers. Our CST team provides a "one stop shop" for these clients.

I started at Trane as a Resource Coordinator and spent 3 years in that position. I handled incoming service calls, dispatched between 17-20 technicians, ordered parts, managed contract labor hours and job cost and prepared all work orders for billing. I advanced to a Project Administrator II in 2011 where I maintained all maintenance contracts across the North Texas District including our Lubbock, Fort Worth and Carrollton offices and served as a Project Administrator for our new LCU team. Now as a Project Manager, I will continue to maintain service contracts across North Texas but will also continue to work with the LCU team, Rental Services and with other large projects.

I performed all AR functions including invoicing, receiving and deposits. Estimated residential change outs and repairs and some new construction for home builders. Entered all time for technician payroll purposes. Performed all other general administrative duties.
