Since 2010 I have left my previous career as a Chef and I’ve became a Recruitment Consultant. These last 3 years were really hard but I have proved that anyone can start a new career and it’s never too late. Currently working as a Director for iSearch Recruitment providing permanent and temporary placements to a number of local and nationwide businesses. This includes making cold calls, tracking new potential clients and providing an exceptional and excellent service to existing customers.I am also responsible for managing 1000 class 1 drivers at various sites in UK. Since I passed my Manual Handling Course I am able to provide Induction and Manual Handling training to new starters’ which helps save time and money! I am also working with a large automotive business where I am searching for people with specialist skills. I have also worked for a recruitment agency called DAXXA with offices all over Europe particularly in in Germany, Holland, Belgium and Great Britain. I left them in January 2013. I was a specialist in transport and industrial environment. My responsibility was to place candidates in the UK and European market.My language skills and knowledge of the European market opens up a wide data base of quality workers that can be supplied anywhere in the world if there is a need.My main goal is to source the best workers and find them long-term employment or in some occasions a temporary position if required.
