He started from a role of Junior C++ developer and became Senior with responsibilities of Scrum Master and Initiative Lead for one of Dimetra Consoles UK customer. As the Lead he was responsible for the requirements analysis and solution preparation, estimating and development planning. Kamil was also responsible for communication with Product Managers, Market Specialists and the on site engineers who were implementing the solution and worked directly with the client. Kamil worked on the solution with them, listening to customers requests and addressing our product limitations. Thanks to his expertise he was able to explain all dependencies and propose solutions that will meet expectations of the customer.
