The main Projects:1. Transition to another processing(billing)- integration with the vendor and with primary systems.(Mobile app+webviews)2. Redesign of the Transfers page in the mobile app.3. • Project management of lab: design and prioritization, task planning, monitoring, communication, andoperational problem solving.Results: increased budget twice, launched 3 projects and new international projects jointly with UNICEF NewYork and LG Electronics successfully.• Organized and conducted various kinds of events, attracted participants, drew up a concept and estimates.Results: number of participants increased by 50%, number of mentors increased from 5 to 20.
