I am a passionate professional with a diverse background in investment project management and business development, currently focused on fostering economic growth and investment opportunities in the West Kazakhstan Region. As an alumna of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program (2016-2017), I had the opportunity to study and immerse myself in the U.S. educational system, which broadened my global perspective and sharpened my leadership and communication skills.My experience with FLEX has been instrumental in shaping my adaptability, cross-cultural understanding, and problem-solving approach.
