• SAP system operation: 5 years of experience using SAP for the Supplies area, involving registration activities, requisitions, orders, contracts, service registration sheet, payment query and inventory management.• Responsible for the entire reverse logistics chain of products with defects, or that were shipped incorrectly.• Analysis and measurement of indicators/KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of products sold versus returned products.• Development of management reports and distribution of tasks for employees in the return and logistics area.• Management of collection and export of defective products to the Manufacturer based in the United States.• Ministry to ensure that deadlines are met, in accordance with Internal Policies and Rules.• Personalized and differentiated service, aiming to ensure the level of quality and customer satisfaction.• Telephone service for consultants and customers, receiving requests for returns and logistical deviations;

• Management of the import and export process, from shipment to clearance/delivery of goods to the customer.• Document analysis (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin)• Elaboration and Registration of Import License and Export Declaration.• Monitoring of the Customs transit process.• Follow up of processes with customers.• Application of Incoterms.• Registration of international insurance;• Contact with freight forwarders;
