- Launched a new product – Sustainability Linked Loan. Completed required product governance process. Liaised with a number of stakeholders in order to identify risks and understand what implications this new product might have for the different areas of the bank and the customers. Addressed and mitigated all risk and control issues to deliver it safely ensuring customer needs are met.- Conducted a deep dive on loan documentation and booking & funding processes, on the back of a risk and control assessment, and identified a number of operational inefficiencies in LIBOR lending. Introduced diverse improvements into the process contributing to cost savings: (i) non-value add activates and duplicated checks removed; (ii) cost of capital reduced.- Led a ‘digital client self-serve portal’ project, from the product perspective, to view positions, instruct drawdowns, rollovers and repayments. Engaged with various stakeholders across functions in order to carry out business analysis and define requirements. Built a business case for this work. - Headed up one of work streams within a Customer Journey Accelerator LAB in regard to transaction approval and multiple credit requests. Streamlined processes and removed duplication of information and efforts from the process what translates into significant time saving opportunities.
