• Handling of Cash, responsible for supplier’s cash / cheque payments and token work on CIS & TECHNOSYS software.• Responsible for Updating Monthly Tax challans.• Reporting to Finance Manager for all expenses.• Responsible for updating of rental and other income details.

•Planning of production execution (Production Implementation Plan, starting from budgeting for programs, requisitions processing, cash arrangement from finance department, Payments processing, follow-up of cheques / payment orders, settlements of Cash Advances Acquisition).•Reviewing weekly and monthly fresh programming plans and achievements with the revenue.•Coordinating with logistics for the availability of lodging / boarding / vehicles in order to meet the Production.•Monthly contractual payroll plan, monitoring and updating production plan as and when required.•To ensure the vendor cheques / payment order’s process is running smoothly. Highlighting blocking points and provides effective and practical solutions•Monthly subcontractor’s payments and production performance reporting.•Overall production monitoring and reporting.•Coordination with finance for on time delivery of cheques / payment orders to the subcontractors /service providers.•Handling / updating excess tracking for overall reporting.•Ensuring implementation activities and quality, meet production requirements and targets•To highlight areas of improvement, in production cycles, processes, etc to the Production Manager as and when seen necessary.•To maintain record of all production budgets, and to monitor, analyze, and keep production expenditures within the approved budget limits.•Responsible to implement the production process flow, cost control principles, procedures and techniques, among producers / content department•To look after attendance and related matters for entire contractual staff.•Working directly with Senior Executive Producer/producers/Content Head and liaising with all departments like Finance, Technical, Operations, Logistics, Admin to ensure all units assignedand involved in the Production process are in unison during planning of production projects, to ensure effective communication and cooperation between departments in this regard.

•Dealing with the day to day regular public / customers.•Coordination between departments, daily and weekly planning of the project work required to be done to meet the time lines keeping in mind the requirements of customers.•Assigning tasks to the departmental colleagues and taking feedback.•Preparing Monthly status reports
