 Responsible for sourcing market development, reviewing and proposing toadd or exit suppliers and controlling the process of Responsible forsupplier development and supplier briefing Controlling seasonal supplier evaluation and seasonal capacity blockingfor production and keep abreast of Customers’ needs Control assigned product categories and being the key communicator forthe assigned product areas in the location. Ensure satisfactory execution of all POs placed for his/ her category tomeet all commercial KPIs: OTD, RTS, Conformity, Lead Time, etc. Control the sourcing activities for a business unit or several product areas. Responsible for coordination of all operational activities from protosample development, costing and production tracking Manage and control Fabric and Trim development in coordination with thefabric and trim teams, ensuring they meet the required standards. Manage and control the process of following through on sampledevelopment. Buyers Proto to Gold Seal Sample. Communicate order details and requirements to suppliers / productionunits and manage and control the whole process pre and post orderplacement ensuring quantity, quality, order specification and deliverydates are achieved. Lead or Assist in Price Negotiation with suppliers as designated by theSourcing Product Manager with the support of Senior Merchandiser (ifany). Provide clarity and input to the line manager and cross functional parties(eg: QA/TSM Teams) on order status and supplier capabilities. Control and track orders critical path, forecast delays and course correct ifneeded with proactive action plans to ensure On Time Delivery.

 Developing assigned styles/collections w.r.t Product Management andDesign directly in consultation with vendor. Responsible to prepare, maintain and monitor necessary documents w.r.t.Process, Development, Commercial. Ensuring on-time data administration and maintenance in related IT systems Established a costing matrix together with the supplier to share with MM. Preparing Fitting, Sealing Comments, Production Preparation and makeproduct Buy Responsible for coordination of all operational activities from protosample development , Activity Planning of production keeping the capacity booking securing CSRand Environmental standards for Brandon supplier. Working watchfully logistic management to comply delivery schedule withPM/Design departments along with establishing weekly sourcing report. Implementation of routines and standards for QA and QC with vendor.
