In my role with ECLOF Ph, I was in charge of primarily 2 things: Communications (internal and external), and SPM standard integration.For comms, I was managing their social media. Responding to direct client inquiries, acting on client complaints, endorsing inquiries to the proper departments for follow up and so on. I also acted as a representative during forums and meetings with partner organizations. There was a program management aspect as well, as I had to oversee branch office client activities (mass weddings, medical outreaches, and recognition day).I also acted as the Social Performance Management (SPM) standards champion for the org, implementing initiatives and coordinating with Dept Heads for promotion and compliance with SPM standards. I also improved the process of reporting and data collection by clarifying indicators, produced data collection tools and updated existing forms in order to generate more detailed social performance reports.

In my years working with Convoy, I had to wear many hats: while my position was as Program Manager, I had to learn and adapt to work with a lean local team whose scope encompassed the entirety of the Philippines. From customs brokerage, to operations and program management, HR, finance, data management, communications and social media management, events and planning, partnerships and donor management, I feel like I've done more than most. But I know that there's always more room to grow and I'm always excited to hone my skills and acquire new ones.
